It's smokin' out there!!!

After a cool summer start,
the heat has finally hit us.
And as expected, our white wine sangria
has been flying in & out of your glasses!

Lots of you have already been
enjoying our spin on
Southwest American cuisine,
and those in the know have been all over the

And to pick up the spicy, smoky & aromatic
elements of this distinctive cuisine,
we're featuring an extended selection of
zesty thirst quenching sauvignon blancs
as well as
bold & textured syrahs & shiraz,
including the rare & unique
Solms Hegewich "Africana" Shiraz
made from 100% desiccated grapes.

This Thursday, we're delighted to present
Clay Mauritson,

of Mauritson Vineyards & Rockpile Winery

in Dry Creek Valley
for a winemakers dinner.

Clay has made some of the most outstanding wines we've tasted in years, from sustainably grown grapes
sourced from his family's vineyards
5 courses of wine pairing cuisine
(with an optional cheese course)

 we'll be tantalizing your taste buds & scorching your palate with indigenous
& modern dishes from the southwest.

we are delighted to welcome back
the original Jazz stylings of the

"Deb Cash Trio"

featuring guitarist Anthony Coreman & bassist Karl Hartmann.

Their smooth, mellow jazz is the perfect backdrop to our international cuisine.

Next, we'll be hosting our next afternoon wine & cheese tasting:

Nibblers 2nd Annual "Taste of Spain"
Spanish cheeses, jamon Serrano wrapped figs,
olives & picos paired with eight artisan Spanish
wines
(with an optional dessert wine tasting)

1:00 arrival
$15 tasting fee per person,
 one tasting fee waived
with each purchase of $30 or more.

we have VERY limited seating available and will be featuring
a five liter bottle of the 1982 Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon
