Become a fan!

Each month we pick a different region of cuisine to highlight.

In 2009, our monthly ethnic themes will be:

January  Scotland - the land of Robbie Burns, hail the haggis!

February  Vietnam - with a little Cambodian influence

  March  Norway - a send-off for Oakland's Little Scandia!

April  Bengal - eastern India & Banghladesh

May  Cajun - as we already did Creole back in '07

June  Toscano - a little fagioli?

July  Provence - the land of ratatouille

August  Levant - Syria, Lebanon, Israel, etc...

September  Spain again - Valencia this time!

October  Swiss German - just in time for Oktoberfest!

November  Puebla - mole poblano, ummmmmm!

December  Uzbekistan - say that 10 times fast!
